We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors, and whenever this occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. In case the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to withdraw from his purchase. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Despite our efforts, some products, within the wide range of our catalog, may be priced incorrectly, so we check prices whenever we process orders. If the price of the product is lower, we will refund the difference, if the price is higher, we will inform and wait for the Customer's decision to accept or cancel the order.
Only after checking the items is it possible to know whether or not the order can be fulfilled. Normally, the order is fulfilled within 24 hours to 5 days (working days – Mainland Portugal). However, our supply capacity is limited to the availability and quality of existing stock. In case of out of stock, we will place the order directly from the supplier. The customer will be informed of the implications in terms of delivery time.
The sale of items not in our stock depends on the availability of suppliers. In the event of a product breakage, the AECT León-Bragança does not guarantee that the replacement of the product does not imply a price update, so we only process the order after confirmation with the customer himself.
The product catalog of AECT León-Bragança is independent of the physical store, both in terms of price and quantities in stock. All promotional campaigns may have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.
